Armed with their knowledge of ratio and proportion, measuration and reading skills, our leaders had to work out new quantities of the ingredients needed so as to prepare enough waffles to feed their group members.
It was a really an experiential learning lesson where some of the leaders BROKE an egg for the first time in their lives! It was really fun-filled as many had never gone into a kitchen and much less cooked a meal for anyone else!
